Process of roasted sesame seed production:
– Selecting sesame seeds specialized in instant eating, round seeds, cleaned by sortex machine, classify color separator, remove irregular, black, uneven sizes.
– Sesame seeds are washed through an automatic washing machine.
– After that, drain and cool.
– Sesame seeds are put into an automatic roasting system, adjusting the temperature and time appropriately.
– After roasting, sesame seeds are cooled, packaged.
– Sesame seeds after roasting have reach their typical aromatic, crunchy and fatty content without using additives in the sesame roasting process.
